You’ll get access to more than 16,000 facilities including local community centers, national gyms, participating fitness providers and more.

Not only do you get access to the facilities, but you’ll also have the chance to sign up for classes designed just for seniors. Choose from classes for all different types of needs and interests including indoor and outdoor, beginner and experienced classes led by instructors that support your goals.

If you don’t like a fitness class approach, you’ll still have free access to the amenities. Work out the way you want, at your own pace, on your own schedule. From weights, treadmills, stationary bikes and more, you’ll have access to everything you need to stay active and promote healthy aging.
